STANDIPAK UNIT
Standipak unit converts your pillow pouches to stand-up pouches. Standipak
adds to consumers' convenience, value to your product, while being
environmentally friendly.
BAGGER/AUTOPACKER
The Bagger receives pouches from the filling machine
and inserts them into carrier bag = Family Bag.
The Autopacker receives the Family Bags from the Bagger unit and loads them
automatically, in uniform order, into the transport crates.
By packing 2 to 10 pouches into one carrier bag, the Bagger unit offers a
new packing concept for easier distribution to the end-user.
AUTOPACKER CLASSIC
Autopacker Classic receives pouches
from the filling machine and loads a pre-set amount
of pouches into cardboard box or HDPE crates.
By packing 10 to 20 pouches into one-way cardboard box or returnable HDPE
crate, the Autopacker Classic offers crate packing concept for easy and safe
distribution of the product to the customer.
POUCH CASER - EPC
Elecster Pouch Caser receives pouches from the
filling machine, counts the pre-set amount of pouches and loads them
automatically, in uniform order, into carton boxes. EPC eliminates the
use of returnable plastic crates and enables complete automation of the
filling section.
