Pasteurized Product Filling

Elecster pasteurized filling machines are designed to be extremely safe in operation, flexible in operation, small space requirement, rich in optional accessories and low operating costs.

Available capacities:

- Single head machine FP-2500
- Double head machine FP-5000
- Quattro head machine FP-10000

FLEXIBLE IN OPERATION
Each head can be adjusted in minutes to pack any pouch size between 0.18 to 1.1 L. Furthermore the machine's different heads can be operated simultaneously with different pouch sizes.

SMALL SPACE REQUIREMENTS
The machines are designed to be compact in size to save space in the packaging area.

RICH IN OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
Elecster machines are ready to be equipped with a variety of optional accessories as:
   
    - Pre-cut for easy opening of pouch
    - Modem connection
    - Stand-Up units to convert pillow pouches into Stand-Up pouches
    - Variety of downstream equipment for pouch & crate handling equipment.

LOW OPERATING COSTS
Through decades of experience on the global market Elecster engineering's aim has been to built compact machines which are easily serviced. Compact machines are more reliable, having less mechanical parts and thus resulting in lower operating costs.

ESL & ULTRA PASTEURIZED PRODUCT FILLING

This product is HTST / UHT heat treated or filtrated and then packed by Elecster ESL version pouch filling machine. The advantage in comparison to pasteurized milk is that the shelf life is prolonged upto 2-4 weeks in a refrigeration chain, maintaining fresh milk flavour.
