QUALITY CONTROL
Elecster quality control is a continuous process based on procedures
stipulated in ISO-9001. All incoming raw material and components are
monitored for a uniform standard.
ACCEPTANCE TEST
Prior to the delivery, the test run and the acceptance inspection are
carried out for each machine and test data is maintained in quality records.
The final testing including the customer’s personnel training is completed
at the customer’s site. Product verification includes the necessary measures
to fulfill EC Machine Directive Regulation in machine safety and hygiene.
AFTER-SALES / CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Elecster’s aim is to create added value for its
customers with purchase of Elecster equipment. The value is added by
supplying not only the equipment, but also extensive customer support and
service facility.
Our technical service department provides back-up support by well trained
technicians and engineers. Complete computerized inventory of critical spare
parts are kept in stock.
Elecster offers regular inspection of
your machinery and preventive maintenance programmes.
